This was a spectacular detached three bedroom family house in Woodford Green, Essex.

The property was in its original state when we purchased. We think that it was probably built around the 1950’s. As with so many of these properties there was so much wasted space in the hallway and landing areas and also fitted cupboards to the bedrooms.
