This was a large residential property, which we purchased from Hackney Council. They had compulsory purchased the property themselves as it was unfit for human habitation and had a closing order.

We undertook a schedule of works under the supervision of the Council.

The property was partly rebuilt, modernised and refurbished throughout and was sold in October 2002 for £270,000.
